Testing is Easy.
Knowing What to Do With the Results
Is Harder.
90% symmetry
does not always mean sport readiness.
A hop score
does not fully explain quadriceps recovery.
Testing should
drive the next phase of rehab.
Better data.
Better decisions.
Better outcomes.
TEST
Collect reliable data that matters.
INTERPRET
Make sense of the results in a clinical context.
PROGRAM
Build targeted programs based on objective data.
RETURN
Confidently progress athletes back to sport.

Learn From Deyoung Don
Deyoung bridges rehabilitation, performance testing, and return-to-sport decision-making to help clinicians turn objective testing into more confident clinical programming.
His approach connects strength, jump, hop, sprint, change-of-direction, and upper-extremity testing with the practical question that matters most:
What should I change in the athlete’s program next?
Course Curriculum
